My name is Trent Millet and I am writing to gauge your interest in allowing me to give your clients tours of the Saratoga Mineral Springs when your tours visit Saratoga, NY.
As the lone person in Saratoga who has created and led private, comprehensive group and bus tours of all 19 remaining springs, I’ve taken over 10, 000 people on tour to discover the beauty and benefits of the springs. Many of these people have returned twice and three times, bringing their friends and family.
I have done tours for Anne’s Washington Inn, Roosevelt Baths and Spa, the Gideon Putnam and Holiday Inn, Hotels, Skidmore College and the American Society of Dowsers, area colleges and schools. I have done tours for seniors at the Empire College Academy of Lifelong Learning, and for the Waldorf schools, so I can appeal to the young and elders.
I have taught classes on Mineral Water and Water health, wellness and medical uses for Suny Adirondack and Empire collage. Present at skidmore summer school classes and the Waldolf schools as well.
For the last 7 years I have been giving tours of the Saratoga mineral springs both of historic springs in town, and the famous springs in Saratoga spa state park. I’ve been recognized on national and international radio, area tv interviews and 30-35 magazine articles featuring my tours.
Saratoga Springs NY was founded around the minerals springs, made famous by Franklin D. Roosevelt who founded the state park. Little known is the fact that the beautiful springs have been of benefit since 1767, when the Native Americans came to them for healing and rejuvenation.
By the late 1700s people were flocking to the springs in the thousands for their well-known health benefits; by the 1800 s the waters were being bottled and shipped all over the world, and by the 1830s people were coming from around the world for the health and wellness benefits.
As the “Saratoga Water Expert” I can offer your clients a novel, once in a lifetime, enjoyable experience with supervised, expert and comprehensive tours, not offered elsewhere.
I will be starting my tours up again in April, and would love the opportunity of working together.
Enclosed is my brochure, and website for your perusal, which includes testimonials and my book.
I will be calling you next week to follow up.
Looking forward to doing business with you, I remain,
A. Trent Millet
