Near infrared is not considered usable by humans therapy/medical wise and full spectrum includes that. The middle of the spectrum also builds up on the body much faster then just Far infrared so the exterior of the body gets much warmer for each degree of penetration. You noticed in the relax sauna you got deeply warm with out the surface heat driving you out. This is one of the reason Far infrared is ok for blood pressure. Many of the full spectrum drive heat up to try for depth.
These usually include a infrared heater (box heater of the type ocean state/Walmart has for about $45-65. The infrared is carbon layed sheets stimulated rather then the transducers that produce the 4-14 mucron frequency vital for healing the conditions stated.

Alternatively we usually sell 5 saunas wholesale (to health professionals – not to consumers) for $850 each.
